Wheat, sorghum, millet, fruit, honey, ghee, and lamb became the foundation of a rich culinary culture that has sustained local communities for generations.

Around this abundance grew an entire way of life: rituals shaped by the agricultural seasons, songs that accompanied work, celebrations marking the harvest, and fortified villages built to protect both land and livelihood.
